Can I place a phone order?
Unfortunately, we are not able to place phone orders. If you have any questions, please reach out via the contact form.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Good Luck Sock e-gift cards.
Do you offer gift cards?
We do! A digital copy will be emailed to you, the purchaser, allowing you to forward the e-gift card to the recipient. You can purchase e-gift cards here.
Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?
Maybe. Our team is fast. Really fast. So fast that if you place an order during regular work hours it may be packed and shipped within the hour. Please reach out via the contact form and if you're lucky, we see it in time.
Do you offer any promotions?
We do occasionally run promotions, and you can be the first to know by signing up for our newsletter. The signup is available on our homepage (closer to the bottom). We love to reward our newsletter subscribers, so we highly recommend signing up! Don’t worry...we won’t spam you. Nobody likes that.
What should I do if I don’t receive my order or shipping confirmation?
First things first–check your email’s spam folder. If you still can’t find your confirmation, reach out to us via the contact form.
I received my order and it’s not correct! What do I do?
We’re so sorry to hear that! Please reach out via the contact form within 10 days of receiving your order, if you notice a mistake. Good Luck Sock will cover all additional shipping costs. Once the incorrect product is received back to us, we will send you the correct merchandise or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Where do you ship from?
Which ship domestically if you're located within United States or Canada. International orders (outside USA or Canada) will be shipped from Canada.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do! Worldwide shipping options and prices are calculated at checkout, before payment is processed.
Customers are responsible for payment of all duties, taxes and brokerage fees necessary for customs clearance. These fees will be charged by the customer’s postal service and will be due prior to final delivery of their package(s).
What is your return policy?
If your product is unopened in its original packaging you can return your order or part of your order to the following address. Please include a printout of the confirmation email that you received after placing the order so we know who to send the refund to.Good Luck Sock
